Warranty:

This warranty applies to the panel(s) on your vehicle which are PDR repaired by Dent Busters (TLM Enterprise Inc.). It covers your vehicle under your and subsequent ownership during the WARRANTY period. The WARRANTY only applies to the AREA of the panel(S) which has been repaired by Dent Busters and its authorized designees. Area is defined as the portion of your panel(s) which was dented and subsequently PDR repaired by Dent Busters: and only that specific portion of the affected panel(s)

Warranty Period:

The WARRANTY PERIOD corresponds exactly to the warranty period provided by the MANUFACTURER of your vehicle for coverage of defects in paint finish and corrosion resistance. That is, Dent Busters warrants that its work will not compromise the maintenance of the finish or corrosion resistance of the sheet metal panels on your vehicle for as long as the MANUFACTURER of your vehicle would warrant the unrepaired original finish.

Designated Repairs:

Repairs of the defective PDR work performed by Dent Busters shall be limited to those performed by a so called "body shop" which employs standards refinishing and repainting repairs to sheet metal panels as specified in the MITCHELL COLLISION ESTIMATING GUIDE for automobile collision repair. Dent Busters shall pay for the cost of necessary repairs directly to the "body Shop" which conducts said repairs. The selected "body shop" shall be one chosen by Dent Busters upon review of at least two estimates of repair costs submitted by you.

Repair Charge:

There shall be NO CHARGE to you for approved repairs performed according to the specifications outlined above. Dent Busters shall not be responsible for charges of a non-repair nature, e.g., cost to rent a replacement car while a "body shop" repairs the affected sheet metal panel(s) or, for items such as loss of vehicle use, or for time or wages lost due to the performance of warranty repairs.

Warranty Limitations:

You MUST check the paint finish and anti-corrosion warranties provided by the MANUFACTURER of your vehicle. Its limitations as to causes of defects which qualify for the MANUFACTURER coverage apply to the Dent Busters WARRANTY as well. Specifically, Dent Busters PDR repair work. All other paint, finish and corrosion coverage is reliant upon the terms, conditions and limitations of your vehicle's MANUFACTURER'S warranty.

To Obtain Warranty Repairs:

Take your previously repaired vehicle to the original Dent Busters repair facility if possible; alternatively, a Dent Busters repair location in the United States will review your damage and may authorize the necessary repairs. You may call the following national toll free telephone number if you need to determine the Dent Busters location closest to you at 1-866-4KS-DENT. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING THE RECORDS OF YOUR PDR REPAIR AND PRESENTING SAID RECORDS TO THE DENT BUSTERS PERSONNEL AT YOUR CHOSEN DENT BUSTERS LOCATION. FAILURE TO PRESENT SAID RECORDS MAY RESULT IN DENIAL OF YOUR DAMAGE CLAIM.

Coverage Exclusions:

In general, for cases in which your vehicle's MANUFACTURER excludes warranty coverage, Dent Busters will exclude it as well as the PDR repaired AREA include but are not limited to:
1. Damage caused by objects striking the panel(s)
2. Damage caused by a collision with another vehicle.
3. Any alteration of your vehicle's affected body panel(s) by you such as: repainting, use of cleaners or solvents which your MANUFACTURER does not recommend, or modification by you of the shape of your vehicle's affected body panel(s) for any reason.
4. Damage caused by airborne chemicals, stone, hail, tree sap, flood, etc.
5. CHECK YOUR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY FOR A FULL LIST OF SUCH EXCLUSIONS

OTHER TERMS:

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state. Dent Busters does not authorize any person other than its employees, franchisees and licensees to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with these designated Paintless Dent Removal repairs, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE APPLICABLE TO THESE PDR REPAIRS ON YOUR VEHICLES IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE WRITTEN WARRANTY. PERFORMANCE OF AUTHORIZED REPAIRS IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY, OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY. DENT BUSTERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO; LOST WAGES OR VEHICLE RENTAL EXPENSE) RESULTING FROM BREACH OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY, OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY.
